IPv6 Forum India has constituted an IPv6 technology board to provide technical leadership to the IPv6 community in India (comprising of the government, service providers, developers and academia) on issues related to IPv6 with the objective of accelerating deployment and development initiatives in the country.
 
Initial areas of focus for the technology board shall be:
   
Nurturing technical community – establish linkage with international IPv6 communities, build a group of national technical experts and organize technical focus groups
Initiation & oversight of joint industry/academia projects to assist in improved understanding of IPv6
Responses to consultation requests from government & non-government agencies on a case-to-case basis
Technical papers – content generation & reviews as required
   

The technology board shall be composed of individuals who have exposure to IPv6 and personal motivation to champion the cause of putting India onto the world IPv6 map.  The board currently comprises of:

Dr. Dheeraj Sanghi, IIT Kanpur
Mr. Prasanna Anantharamiah, HP
Ms. Saisree Subramanian, Wipro (Chair)
Mr. Srinath Beldona, Cisco Systems
Mr. Syam Madanapalli, LogicaCMG
